BJP Lok Sabha Poll Manifesto
He explained in his message that the Sankalp Patra is more than just a list of statements. The hopes and the goals of our nation, by our nation, and for our nation are outlined in this Sankalp Patra. Modi guarantees that every promise made will be kept, as you have witnessed over the past ten years.
He declared, “It is Modi’s Guarantee that we will work 24 X 7 for 2047,” ignoring requests for a third term.
Modi’s Guarantee
To guarantee that the BJP’s guiding principle of Antyodaya, or service to the last person in line, is fulfilled, Modi has promised policy intervention, ground-level implementation, and saturation of projects under each heading.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has promised to uphold and broaden its welfare politics in its agenda or Sankalp Patra, which envisions the social and economic empowerment of the impoverished and marginalized as well as policies to stimulate the economy and create jobs while advancing ideological causes like the establishment of religious centers and the Uniform Civil Code (UCC).
Guarantee for Garib Parivar Jan
There is a feeling that this is a text that talks about taking care of families because it focuses on middle class and lower class families. A party official who participated in the manifesto drafting process stated, “There is something for every section, and it talks about complete welfare.”
- 80+ crore citizens are receiving free rations since 2020 through PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana
- 50+ crore citizens have joined the banking system through PM Jan Dhan Account
- Empowered citizens by transferring ₹34 lakh crore directly to their accounts
- 34+ crore citizens are receiving free health
- Insurance of ₹5 lakh under Ayushman Bharat
- 4+ crore families now have pucca houses under the PM Awas Yojana and other initiatives
- 14+ crore families have access to clean tap water under the Jal Jeevan Mission
- 25 crore citizens have come out of poverty with our inclusive approach
With a larger platform than before—more than 400 of the 543 Lok Sabha seats—the party has applied for a third term in office and believes the manifesto would enhance the lives of millions of people who have suffered in social as well as economic circles.
Middle-Class Parivar Jan
The party claims it wants to meet the goals of the middle class and the neo-middle class, a group that it claims has been lifted out of poverty in the last ten years. It has managed to collect an important vote bank composed of people who share its ideologies and those who have benefited from its welfare policies. Our attention will be drawn to the goals of the middle class, which includes owning a home, as well as the needs of neo-middle class families, who will require assistance and defense. Thus, the functionary stated, the focus will be on healthcare, education, food, and providing them with their own residence in a well-thought-out manner.
A common theme across the 69 pages of the paper is aspiration. Just as the assurance of delivery is.
For poor people, it offers free rations for the following five years, free healthcare, free housing amenities, and free electricity through programs like solar power generation.
The middle class may look forward to sustainable cities, easy living conditions, high-value occupations in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and top-notch healthcare and education. It is expected that the focus on employment will calm worries about the decreasing number of well-paying employment opportunities.
Guarantee for Nari Shakti
In an attempt to win over women, who have shown to be a reliable source of votes for the party in several state polls and the most recent general election, promises of financial independence, security, well-being, and increased involvement in the labor have been made.
- Lives of 10+ crore women have been transformed due to free gas connections under the PM Ujjwala Yojana
- Empowered Muslim women by protecting them from the barbaric practice of Triple Talaq
- 11+ crore women are leading dignified lives by using toilets built under the Swachh Bharat Mission.

Guarantee for Young Citizens
With a focus on the younger generation, the manifesto aims to tackle modern issues such paper leaks that have caused unrest among the youth.
The party promises to maintain an open system for holding public exams, to grow the startup environment, and to finance and skill-building programs that encourage entrepreneurship. Since employment for this group has emerged as the sector’s weak point, the government has refrained from announcing job creation targets in numerical terms. It has emphasized initiatives like the creation of global centers as employment possibilities and incentives connected to success. There is already an incentive tied to employment. The Congress actually stole the idea from us. 22 lakh fresh opportunities have been made possible because to PLI. The official cited above responded to the opposition’s accusations and criticism of the administration by saying, 1.5 lakh people work in the Apple factory alone.
Senior Citizens
According to the official, the government has announced that it will be expanding Ayushman Bharat benefits to elderly individuals who are over 70 by taking a “360-degree view of the funding required for new initiatives.” “All recommendations and proposals were examined for their impact on the budget. The official continued, “And we worked out the specifics of what administrative support, including assistance from state governments, will be required.”
Kisan Samman
Although there were rumors that the PM Kisan Nidhi will increase small and marginal farmers payment from the current ₹6,000 annually, this is not stated in the manifesto. On the other hand, it does pledge to fortify the program, periodically update the Minimum Support Price, and open doors for improved markets and output. Given the potential impact that agribusiness distress may have on election results, it is especially critical to concentrate on farmers.
The need for legal legitimacy to MSP has been a point of dispute between the farmers and the administration, despite the government rolling back the farm regulations that saw a year-long protest in 2020.
- 11+ crore farmers are receiving ₹6,000 annually under the PM KISAN
- Unprecedented hike in MSP
- 5x increase in the agriculture budget from 2013 to 2024
- Livelihood of 4+ crore farmers protected under the PM Fasal Bima Yojana
- Ensured affordable fertilisers despite huge increase in global prices by providing subsidies
- worth ₹11 lakh crore.
Shramik Samman
The manifesto also calls for a reconsideration of social security benefits for drivers, vendors, and gig workers, as well as national floor wages. A concentrated effort is made to connect with the migrant labor population by offering loans, special trains, and program saturation. The opposition and civic society had sharply criticized the government’s treatment of the migrant workers during the lockdown imposed at the start of the Covid outbreak.
The opposition had an opportunity to point its weapons at the government after seeing unsettling pictures of men, women, and kids traveling long distances without any form of transportation.
MSME, Small Traders and Vishwakarmas
The core of the government’s outreach continues to be Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, and Other Backward Classes. In the manifesto, it is discussed how to raise their socioeconomic standing and preserve their heritage and culture.
Vishwa Bandhu Bharat
Regarding foreign policy, the manifesto highlights how the PM’s concepts of samman, samvad, shayog shanti, and Samriddhi have helped India become the voice of the global south. The party that takes pleasure in pursuing a tough foreign policy has stated that it will keep pushing for agreement on combating terrorism, creating strategic alliances for the security of minerals, and putting the needs of the neighborhood first.
Global Manufacturing Hub
Modi declared, “Within the next five years, we aim to place our country among the top three economies globally, initiate complete and ultimate campaign against poverty, create fresh opportunities for growth across multiple industries, bolster our efforts to combat corruption, introduce the upcoming reforms, and implement several pro-people measures and decisions” .
World-Class Infrastructure
The manifesto calls for a national forensic mission, strong cyber security, the implementation of the CAA(Citizenship Amendment Act) , and improved border infrastructure to improve internal security.
