Dinner
7:00 and 8 pm
Vegetable/chicken stew + 1 flatbread + 1 cup raita Or Mixed vegetable curry +
2 flatbreads + 1 cup raita or Spinach Salad/Avocado Pasta
Bed Time
10:00 pm:
1 cup warm milk + a pinch of turmeric
