How to make

Chop your vegetables, taking removing any necessary seeds, skin, or stems.

Heat the oil and prepare the tempering. Add the cumin, asafetida, and mustard seeds when it’s hot (hing). Permit them to sputter. Curry leaves are then added and briefly stir-fried. Set aside.

In addition, combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, including the cucumber, coriander leaves, chili, coconut, crushed raw peanuts, salt, and lemon juice. Mix everything well.

Serve immediately or refrigerate the moong sprouts salad for 30 minutes and then serve.
